Introduction – Aromatherapy Clinic Anti-Snoring Blend Review

We’ve reviewed a few different products like this in the past, so the concept of using essential oils as a snoring remedy isn’t new to us. Still, we thought it would be interesting to do an Aromatherapy Clinic Anti-Snoring Blend review.

Actually, essential oils are pretty popular right now – so it’s not surprising that a product like this would begin to gain some attention.

But does it work? Is there a chance that you might be able to use it to help stop your snoring problem?

This is the real question – and in this review, that’s what we’re going to attempt to figure out. You should however bare in mind that snoring can be caused by different reasons so before buying any products, we would recommend that you consult with your doctor.

Product Details

This product is basically an anti-snoring blend made from a few different essential oils. It comes in a 10ml bottle, and is said to help eliminate snoring, clear the sinuses, deliver a more restful night’s sleep, and enhance the respiratory tract. All things considered, this is a pretty easy product to use. You simply drip a few drops of it onto your body before going to bed (usually on the chest, feet, or right under the nose), and allow the essential oils to do their job.

According to the official product website, this blend includes ingredients like Cistus, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, Tangerine, Frankincense, and sweet orange. So, there are a number of pretty prominent essential oil ingredients being blended here – and to be honest, we were pretty impressed with the chosen components.

Type

This product is technically an essential oil blend, and would probably be categorized under the ‘aromatherapy’ label.

Clinical Studies

The official website says that this product has been tested, and that customer feedback has been collected. They say that both of these indicate that the product works extremely well. They say that about 90-95% of people stopped snoring while using the blend, and that 5% experienced a ‘great reduction in snoring’.

But we were a bit skeptical about these claims – mostly because we didn’t see any links to official clinical studies or anything like that. It’s very difficult to tell how in-depth these studies were without any info, so to us, this doesn’t really qualify as clinical evidence. It would be really nice if Aromatherapy Clinic would link to actual study results right on the product home page, as that would make it much, much, easier to see what they mean when they say that tests have been conducted.

Is This Product FDA Cleared?
We didn’t see anything that indicated that this product is FDA cleared – but we did find that it is registered with the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Association).

Price

Anti-Snoring BlendYou can buy this product on the official Aromatherapy Clinic website for $30 – so, as an essential oil blend, it’s actually not all that expensive.

Plus, the official company offers a pretty good satisfaction guarantee with their products. They state that all of their products come with ‘an unconditional money back guarantee of satisfaction’. Unfortunately, and a bit surprisingly, we were unable to find out exactly what this meant from just looking at the website. We aren’t sure, for example, how long you have to decide before you make a return.

But such a satisfaction guarantee is certainly an awesome feature, and we were happy to see it!

The company that produces this Anti-Snoring Blend is called Aromatherapy Clinic. According to their official website, they’re based out of Sydney, Australia, and are the home of ‘high quality extremely effective and unique therapeutic essential oil blends made from therapeutic grade 100% natural and pure essential oils.’
Here’s the official business address for Aromatherapy Clinic, as found on the official company website…

We haven’t seen any scam complaints thus far for this Anti-Snoring blend. It definitely seems like this is a legitimate product, even if it doesn’t necessarily work for everyone.

How Does The Product Work?

This Anti-Snoring Blend is basically designed to help relieve snoring through two major mechanisms. First, it claims to open up the nasal passages. Secondly, it’s supposed to use astringent properties to help reduce soft palate vibrations – which is a primary cause of snoring.

What are actual customers saying?

We did quite a bit of research about this product in an attempt to figure out what customers were actually saying about it. It was difficult to find a large number of customer reviews… but of those that we were able to locate, about 3 out of 4 seemed to like the product enough to recommend it. The remaining 25% seemed to think that it didn’t work well enough to warrant a purchase. Unfortunately, however, we didn’t have very many reviews to go on – so it is possible that these numbers aren’t universally accurate for this product.

Anti-Snoring Blend reviews

But for what it’s worth, that’s what we found out – and as far as we can tell, this seems pretty accurate.

What you can expect

On the official website, they claim that some customers see results the first time they use it, but that other customers don’t really begin to experience a better night’s sleep until they’ve been using it for a few days. So, to really get a good feel for how it’s going to work for you, you might need to give it a try for a few days before you see results.

Does this brand stack up against the competition?

Yes, it does – in the sense that the stop-snoring market doesn’t have a ton of essential oil blends to offer. We’ve seen a few different types, but we liked this one for the ingredients and the awesome satisfaction guarantee offered by the company.

Key differences between this product and ‘typical’ solutions

The biggest difference between this product and other ‘typical’ solutions is the fact that this blend uses essential oils to help stop snoring problems. A lot of stop snoring methods utilize devices that change the position of the jaw or tongue to achieve the desired effect – so in that sense, this product is certainly very different from other typical solutions.

Is a prescription or doctor involvement needed?

No, you won’t need a prescription or a doctor’s involvement to buy and/or use Aromatherapy Clinic’s Anti-Snoring Blend.

Pros and cons

Here are the basic pros and cons that we discovered over the course of our research.

Pros

  • We rather liked the ingredient list, and thought that, as far as essential oils go, they chose well when putting the components together
  • This company seems to be pretty popular, and it seems that many of their products have been very successful
  • Their products come with a full satisfaction guarantee
  • If your order is an Australian order and you buy over $100 worth of merchandise, you get free shipping
  • Most reviews for this blend are positive

Cons

  • We didn’t really see any clinical data given to support the product’s usefulness
  • Some customer reviews were negative
  • It seems that aromatherapy of this kind simply doesn’t work in absolutely every case

Conclusion

We liked this product, and would recommend giving it a try if you like essential oil blends and feel that aromatherapy might be beneficial for you. It may not work for everyone, but a lot of customers have reported success – so it does seem to be worth a try, especially if you tend to like natural products and don’t fancy the idea of putting a device in your mouth or nose to help you stop snoring.

Costs and Shipping

This product costs $30 to buy, and shipping can actually be obtained for free if you order $100 worth of merchandise from the company – which is pretty awesome.
